Disbanding teams

scrap the idea of disbanding teams, it is a stupid idea. If a captain cannot be bothered anymore then give captain to the vice captain or a player in the team that the captain quit from. It isn't fair for players to be left without a team because of a not so clever captain decides to disband(thinking only about himself imo, IF he didn't get forced to disband).

Thats bullshit, 80% of the players didn't even know the team was getting disbanded? I'm starting to this dale was forced to disband to be honest.

It's not like the admins really want to go round disbanding teams.
