Mafia 3 - Day 3

You can only post in this topic if you are participating in the game and are alive.

Rules:

• Try to keep discussion in this topic. Of course you are allowed to use PM's or whatever to talk to those you think are on the same side as you, but try to keep most of it in here as it makes it more interesting to follow.
  
  
• Do not quote any messages that I send you. I am the moderator not an actual person you can quote.
  
  
• Each day you can choose to lynch another member of the town. Make sure you make it clear who you intend to lynch by using the following format:
  
  VOTE: Player Name
  
  Of course you do not have to lynch someone, so you can instead use VOTE: No Lynch if you want.
  
  
• A day will last 48 hours except the first day which will last 24 hours. A night will last a maximum of 48 hours but can also last 24 hours if all night actions are received within 24 hours.
  
  At the end of the day the person with the most lynch votes will be lynched. If there are more no lynch votes, then no one will be lynched. NOT VOTING DOES NOT COUNT AS NO LYNCH!
  
  No one is allowed to post during the night phase.
  
  
• If you do not post during a day phase you will receive a warning. A second offence will result in you being mod-killed.
  
  
• If you do not vote you will receive a warning. 3 warnings and you will be mod-killed.
  
  
• Dead? You can't post in here anymore.

None of the players have any intel about anyone at this point, right?

So it's fair to assume that rolex doesn't know what he's doing. Unless he knows something that we don't. But then again, why wouldn't he spill the beans?

The reasons for that might be the following:
a) mlf is not a townie (otherwise no reason to lynch him in the first place);
b) rolex is neither a townie, nor a part of #teamTown (otherwise, if he would spill the beans, the majority of players would be on his side, as #teamTown has a clear numerical superiority over #teamMafia).

So, if rolex isn't a noob, there's a high probability that rolex is associated with Mafia (the only other alternative is that he's a cop or some other high-ranking #teamTown guy and he doesn't want to raise his profile, which he has failed to do already lol), and also a higher than average chance that mlf is from #teamTown (that's not necessarily the case though).

Most likely though, rolex doesn't know what he's doing. So at this point the rational choice for everyone would be either to lynch rolex and get rid of a naab who in all likelihood will ruin the game eventually OR to not lynch anyone, as it would be a more or less random, pointless activity at this point.

Nobody in the game goes by that username so I expect rolex has just thrown us all a curveball.

Also Girg is king of over analysing rolex being butthurt about him being benched at GIJ...

The reason girg is excessively paying so much attention to rolex's reply is because he is a mafia.

The reason for that is the following

a)There's a new suspect that is other than him
b)Girg is egotesticles.

This bandwagoning, looking through the last game aidan seems to act stupid all the time yet ends up being a townie, he could be doing this again or using it to his advantage while actually being mafia. Either way it's still way too early to tell so my no lynch vote still stands.

lookin at last game all mafia (ghost, cb and griffin) were ppl who played the game before. jonni said he randomly assigns roles but i think hes chattin tbh, so all the newcomers are prob shitty townies like last time @grem @mlf et al. everyone suspected sockr8s and aidan to be a mafia last game but they werent so theres a high chance they are mafia now including a few others like joehan ovo fap who were all twonies

How do you kill the cop on the first night, smh.

This is the way I see it being possible.

1. Joehan spilt the beans somewhere one TS or chat and got himself exposed (twat)

2. Random guess by the mafia, but there is no such thing as random in my eyes so someone who doesn't like joehan just wanted to kill him, the only people I can imagine doing this is ( Aidan, fap, Girg, mlf, Hesur)

3. Back to point 2, there was no motive to killing joehan, he simply said voting : no lynch, so imo the motive to kill him was from off-game relationships

I'm gonna get killed, and I'm gonna clam villager, there's 8 of us. I'm one of em.

So mafia enjoy killing me next time you can

But to the rest of the village just think about it, there's 2 options. Either joehan spilt some beans ( haven't asked him) Assuming he didn't, to randomly guess 1/15 villagers that he's cop is impossible pretty much.

So aim at the people who have grudges against him imo.

There's a thing called probability. You obviously haven't played on epicmafia, where cops get killed in the 1st round plenty of times.

(@jonny) Because if joehan was normal cop then the insane cop can start using his guilty reports to prove innocence, (so whoever you got a guilty on last night is innocent, unless godfather but ye).

I dunno he kept on making claims like that when he was cop last time, maybe he just likes saying it or using the logic it seemed to work the last time so it will work this time if hes mafia.
