I think, based on this, we can all agree that no punishment is harsh enough for Dev. A permanent ban and a letter home to his parents should suffice, for now, before the FM Oracles meet later in the week to determine how this matter should be definitively dealt with.

A perma ban would be too harsh, really. If it was someone like Jonny, then you would of gave him a lesser punishment.
