    Right, I think i overdid it.

    20 players

    4 mafia

    A godfather - 1KP and turns up town to cop checks
    Roleblocker - 0.5KP and can role block at night
    Goon x 2 - 0.5KP NO POWER

    16 town

    8 townies
    2 cops
    2 medics
    1 Schitzophrenic
    1 veteran
    1 vigilante
    1 tracker

    I don't know if you guys know how the KP element works. But 1KP is a kill basically. And the final total is rounded up.

    There's 4 mafia, 3 with 0.5KP and 1 with 1KP. That adds up to 2.5KP, meaning 3 kills that night.

    It is completely balanced with town power roles as well Smile

    The game will be a 48 hour day cycle and a 24 night cycle.
    In daytime, the player with the most votes will be killed.

    PM's/discussion outside the thread is allowed and encouraged.

    How is the veteran role going to work? Do they only kill those who target to kill them, or anyone who targets them (doc, cop, etc)?

    As a general rule, a third of all players should be scum (anti-town). In a 20 player game I would suggest making it 5 mafia and 1 third-party, probably serial-killer.

    2 cops, 2 docs and 2 killing roles for town is a bit unfair aswell. You could spice it up a little bit though...

    - A mafia player who can kill through doc protection on EVEN nights, but has no knowledge of who his scumbuddies are. - can give one person's name on ODD nights to see if they are his buddy. - Mafia Hitman maybe.

    - Two cops who start of sane, but then go either paranoid or naive when targeted by a mafia player at night. - No mafia roles spring to mind, but I'm sure there's one about.. if not, make it up. The cop won't be told they're naive or paranoid.

    - Doc's taking it in turns to protect on ODD/EVEN nights. Although that may your idea anyway.
