scrap the idea of disbanding teams, it is a stupid idea. If a captain cannot be bothered anymore then give captain to the vice captain or a player in the team that the captain quit from. It isn't fair for players to be left without a team because of a not so clever captain decides to disband(thinking only about himself imo, IF he didn't get forced to disband).
