Oh yea i'm managing Watford atm, season 2 and in the PL after winning the Championship. Bought some Czech regen who has the potential to be a leading CB in the PL, so I look forward to seeing how he turns out, but i've never been great with developing players. Any tips?

2 words, custom training schedules. Also teaching PPMs and more experienced player tutoring them.

But yeah, make custom training schedules it helps a lot. Takes a while though so I don't do it for individual players, just for positions because the default ones aren't specific or anything

There are some pretty good custom schedules that you can download, check out FM-Base or somewhere like that and have a look around.

Make them yourself

I use one that someone made on another forum I use. It's based on one made by SFraser and i've used it lots of times, and it works. Just adapted that onto my defender.

An agent also reccomended me this other regen that is a defender. Looks like i'll have a solid defensive partnership for seasons to come.
